Do you have, No Script Running? If so, Allow the Script to be run on that site. Or check your Flash add ons, or Flash on your computer, go to Adobe.com site to download update of flash.
See what happens

If you are not using a dedicated coding program like DreamWeaver (Adobe) or another editor, the one thing that I would suggest is before you post your site, You use a good browser that you can test with. I like Lunascape even though it is a bit big and slow. Lunascape allows addons for most browsers and customization.
Lunascape is basically the Mozilla (Gecko type), Trident (IE type) and Webkit (Google Chrome and Safari) all in one. You can go in the options and set it to be based on any one of the browser types, and adjust the version number. It will give you a way to preview your pages on a majority of the major browser platforms to ensure compatibility.
Each browser has its own quirks, and there are too many out there to ensure compatibility with all browsers but if you cover your bases with the majority of them you should be ok.
I may also suggest you find a good coding program. Notepad++ (free hand coding version of notepad) or CoffeeCup Software (Free, Trial, and Paid Coding tools.).
I started out using the CoffeeCup Free HTML Editor, and found it to be a decent point and click or coding interface for designing. If you are a beginner, it provides a nice compromise over Dream Weaver in price. The cost for the paid version is much lower, and it gives you the ability to expand out only what you are going to use. Free or $50 vs $500 is a pretty huge difference in price.
Hope that helps you out a bit. I provided download links below and some source information if you are interested in learning more about the browsers usage, and compatibility.

As for a site analysis:
"Whats This Site About" 1.) The paragraph break between the 2nd and 3rd sentence, should be fixed. Align it properly or split it. 2.) The 3nd sentence is bad grammar at best. It should be easily readable. People are going to read this, and move on. They wont take you seriously. "...I'll the specifications of 7 and Xp." This means what? Perhaps you may want to try "... Just provide a list of the specifications."
"Give Away of the Day" 1.) Change "post" to "posts". It is plural, it happens more than once. 2.) Reword the 2nd sentence from "You have to install in that one day after that it works for life." to something like "You have one day to install it, and then it works for life." 3.)Reword the 3rd sentence from "The software is "as is" which means no updates except when there on the website." to something like "The software is provided "as is". Updates may or may not be posted on owners site."
"Stumble Upon" 1.) Correct the spelling of "onees" to "ones".
Over all Layout: The blank space between the counter, and footer, should be filled in. I suggest the following: Move the "Number of Visits" counter down to the footer. Extend your "Recent Forum Posts" box down to fill the blank space.
I am sorry if I seem a bit harsh, but when it comes to computer site stuff you can't have too many errors. If you have too many misspellings or bad grammar, you will find that you do not receive return visits. Many bigger established sites will not want to network to your site if it looks unprofessional because it reflects poorly on theirs. They want professional looking sites that are going to generate more traffic and repeat traffic to their sites.
To prevent a lot of spelling and grammar errors like these, try typing your text into a text editor with spell check and grammar checking like Word or Open Office, then pasting it into the website. You will find many of these minor issues like those described above will disappear.
Also, before you post, write what you want to say and save it as a text file. Wait a day or two, then reread it. Rewrite it or post it. You will find you catch many errors doing this.
