For this post the author Rich has received gratitude : mindborne

If you'd like to keep up on Windows Forums' latest topics, you can get the *official* Windows Forums extension (I know this is a bit simple but I wanted to learn how to create a Google Chrome extension today and this is the best I can come up with for now :)):

Download Windows Forums Latest Topics.

To install:
  1. Get the latest version of Google Chrome.
  2. Download Windows Forums Latest Topics.

It's mainly javascript, uses an API and it all pulled together with HTML and styled with CSS.

Click the wrench and go to "options" - then select "Personal Stuff". Go to sync and start syncing everything with your Google account. Once sync is completed, you should be able to uninstall, reinstall, sign in again using the above steps and then it should restore everything.

Go to Wrench > Bookmarks Manager > Organize > Export Bookmarks.

Remove Chrome as usual.
