I know this is Windows Forums but i'm using Linux pretty much full-time nowadays and would love to see a Linux subforum somewhere here (maybe Off-Topic?). I just don't want to jump over to another board.
Anyone else feeling me?

Nice vid & made me smile. Not sure it's entirely accurate though. I'd defo recommend starting with a "user-friendly" distro like Ubuntu. When you have a grasp on that, then move on to something a little more geeky like TB!

I would also support this idea of adding Linux to the equations.
I use it for Forensics and it has many great tools, as well as Helix which use Linux based OS, mainly using DD commands, and other stuff...
We can have something like this:
Main Header --- Linux Sub-header ---------Distros Sub-header ---------Commands Sub-header ---------Hardware Sub-header ---------Troubleshooting Etc....
Just a thought...
I do not accept Full Time use of Linux, but of cause you can have VBOX to run your Windows machine, but how reliable is this?
Thoughts?

It sounds good as long as there are staff here you can help out with issues in regards to Linux.
@Uvais same goes really, if you are savvy with all kinds of phones like myself then it is a good idea.
No point having forums if there is no one to cover them in the way of support.
I don't have a scoobie with Linux but we have a Linux forum over the other place and have staff and members who no the ins an outs of Linux.
