 Post subject: Win7+, how do I go to a path with a batch file

how do I go to a path with a batch file, for example the cmd prompt give me c:\windows\system32 and I want to go to "D:\house\dirty\rat" and then I want to execute programs from there, such as cheese.exe

ex: chdir /d “D:\house\dirty\rat” quotes optional or may be needed if spaces in path
