This little tool changes you drive icons to custom - make sure you have them at .ico, if you don't, you can convert them to .ico here:

You can also add this to memory stick, this is portable

Great tool! Works great in Windows 7. I tested it in Vista and it does not work (throws an unhandled exception - PM'd with details)
