 Post subject: Missing Sticky Notes in 7 pro 64bit

Hi all,
I have no sticky notes in my 7 Pro (64bit). I have checked system32 for sticky.not and checked for Tablet PC Components to be checked in Programs and Features (Ctrl Panel)...it is. Computer is Core 2 Duo, 2GB mem, approx. 1 year old.

Is it not in Pro, or is it supposed to be there? If so, where can I get it? Would performing an 'sfc /scannow' replace it? Just lots of questions regarding Sticky Notes since I jsut learned about them a week or so ago.
