 Post subject: Can't use ctrl+a
New postPosted: Tue Jun 05, 2012 11:55 am

For some reason, my ctrl+a function will not work in designating all items to be copied. I had to reset it to ctrl+shft+a in Microsoft Word 2003 to be able to copy a complete document. If I try to use ctrl+a or ctrl+shft+a when I am trying to copy all files in a directory, neither works. I am running Windows 7 Professional, 64bit. Any help would be appreciated.

thank you,

heavy

I would likely consider this problem to be on the driver side of the hardwares installed so you might want to redo their installation just to see how things would work this time.

But if the problem solely happens on Word, I would also like you to direct your attention to the specific preferences and settings you have running in there. From making sure that everything works properly and no sort of listening radios are around, you should be able to do just that, actually.
