I followed the hyperlink provided and entered my email address and the code provided. Then download the program. the problem that I had was you are supposed to copy and paste the username and password they provide. Well, I forgot to copy the info and I had to close the windows to install Pro. When I went to activate the program I needed the username etc. but I had closed the site and I no longer had the username etc. So I just went ahead and entered my email address again and verified the code...not allowed to have two on one email and I had to use another email. It worked. I haven't had an opportunity to use the Pro version yet, but the Free version was awesome so I don't expect anything less than that.

@ crcook2806 - Just a note worth mentioning to you, the Pro version certainly seems to find far more problem registry entries to fix in the "Registry Fix" section than the Basic free version does, but you can view them all BEFORE you choose to delete anything. Backups are created anyway if you have it configured to do so in the Options/Backup section, so you shouldn't have any problems. As you say it's a good program, but also be careful with the "Diagnose System" tab, it will want to try and alter lots of your system settings [numbering in the thousands in some cases!] - I choose NOT to use the "Diagnose System" section at all on my pc. I unchecked all the options under the "Diagnose System" tab! I only use the "Maintain Windows" section, plus a few of the options in the "Utilities" section ....... and I have no problems as such.

I love this program; free is even better!
