When I attempt to install PrivateFirewall (latest from website) I get a message:
Error 1327. Invalid Drive: H:\
and installation fails.
I'm running Windows 7 64-bit, the program does work when I tested on the VM (also running 7 x64).

Anyone?
BTW, I'm impressed this was the first Google search result.

Nevermind, I found the answer. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
Changed Personal ... H:\Documents
to Personal ... D:\Documents

This works great when H:\ is in fact not a drive on the computer, but what if it is?
I've been running Windows 7 Pro x64 for years with my Documents folder pointed to a mapped network drive without any issue. Suddenly, with Windows 8 Pro x64 (RTM), I'm getting this error.
Does anyone have any suggestions other than move my Documents folder to the C:\?
Thank you

It turns out that this is a bug in Win 8. You have to change the Drive Letter to the Network Share Name and all will work.
"H:\" to "\\share\"
