Guys, I've been having issues with setting up my Droid X to get mail from Live Mail.

I followed this exact setup from this link, reputable from Motorola.

I've repeating tried over and over again...played with a few things to no avail.

Any ideas? Yes, I ensure password/Username is correct.

do the Manual Way , configure your POP3 and SMTP as mentioned the website !

Hotmail:
Incoming = pop3.live.com
Outgoing = smtp.live.com
Outgoing server (smtp) requires authentication (same settings as incoming)
Incoming Port = 995 & requires SSL
Outgoing Port = 25

(These settings work on my iPhone and PC)

Live Mail has never fully worked on Android; I know because I have Live Mail. It only supports the inbox (no other folders). My suggestion is to set up GMail, which works GREAT with Android, and forward your Live Mail through it and send your mail through Live Mail via GMail. Plus, you'll have 2 spam filters!

That's a -10.....LOL....It does not work on Android..Read Mike's post....I've tried numerous of things on it, using different ports, etc...

Mike, yes, that's what I am going to do...That's what I had originally thought of doing but I got tied up because my daughter broke her arm.
