I like:

Windows Performance Tweaker

It seems rigid and solid. Just my two cents. :-)

Hmmm ... i think 'Performance' should be left out of the name. Seeing as it only has 2 actual performance tweaks out of the whole shabang.
To me this is more of a customisation tool.

In that case, for Visual only tweaker should have Windows Tweaker, but for performance, then perhaps Windows Performance Tweaker?

Emmm....

Looks good, maybe don't need start menu as it would be just as quick to do properties on task bar,and change settings on start menu.
Put some other suggestion maybe.
Good work.

Bgonos : 2. To change the icon display size,u can just hold control and scroll mouse, does all icon sizes.

:) Thanks for the tip "rover3500", but you are talking about zooming the entire page and I was referring to changing only the size of the icons in a more permanent way, but then again Win 7 provides some good tools for doing just that and customize any page of Windows Explorer :!:
 I took a closer look (zoomed into a detailed look of the interfaces "batupata" has given) and I realized that most of the tweaks he's offering are already available by Win 7, either from the task bar or another easily accessible source of the OS. Why would anyone want to have another program doing the same tweaks Win 7 is already providing. To offer something that Win 7 does not provide I understand, and it is very welcomed, but myself I prefer to have less confusion about what does what, where it is located, and how easy it is to use the tweaker 8-)
