It's not possible to install onto FAT32 but you can use it to install.

@Batu. did you try using Windows 7 to do the job?
i think the issue may be a filesize limitation on FAT32, install.wim is 4.3GB in the W8x64_Developer.iso, if memory servers, FAT32 has a 2GB or so limit......

Darn yea it worked but now i can't boot on my hard drive... 'no such partition', pff

Nevermind, I got it :D I lost my previous DP's files though, but luckily I didn't have any important there.

FAT12: Max file size 32 MB; max volume size: 32 MB
FAT16: 2 GB; 2-4 GB
FAT32: 4 GB; 2 TB
NTFS: 16 EB; 16 EB
GPFS: 512 YB; 512 YB (not really possible to verify that just yet)

That's about all I have committed to memory. ZFS (for IBM Mainframes) is also 16 EB/16 EB like NTFS.
