have been unable to download guides. upon subscription got the email with the password but the download does never complete. what is wrong?? thanks

I suspect, a partial download is cached, which is why you're not getting the download to work anymore. It probably "instantly" downloads. 1. If this is the case, clear your internet cache and try again. 2. If this doesn't work, try a different browser (i.e. use Firefox, Chrome etc) to download the book. 3. If that doesn't work, PM me and I'll email you the PDF. Thanks.

it works now fine with the way rsvr85 posted above (right click on link > save link as pdf. it does now work if one just clicks on link that takes one to the download page and tries to download from there (which is the usual way to download). a note should be posted to the link page telling one to right click > save page as.
