Here is a simple hack that can enable you to place ALL the Tasks Control Panel and System Settings.

Create a new folder on your Windows desktop.

Name the folder as :
Master Control.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Now open the folder and see the magic of Windows Registry!

The only thing that was changed was from God Mode to Master Control....Same string
