Windows 7 Master Folder + Tutorial

To enter Master Folder one need only create a new folder

1- right click mouse on the desktop and

2- create a new folder and then rename the folder to the following

Master Folder.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Once that is done, the folder's icon will change to resemble a control panel and will
contain Contains a number a lot of information and Tutorial

I have two laptops with Windows 7, and I using a static IP address to get
comunication between them ,but I can not do it ,the problems are the privilege or authorization. What I can do? I need access to another laptop to view documents and folder (network)
