LOL! Thanks for posting this. Glad I took that update for SP3 about 7 months ago after I had to reformat my laptop back to XP. The automatic updates offered me that as soon as it was reformatted.

FYI---If you’re running the 64-bit version of Windows XP with SP2, you have the latest service pack and will continue to be eligible for support and receive updates until April 8, 2014

Um...I have 64-bit version Windows XP with SP2, but I am not getting updates. And also, I can't download IE8. Any Idea what's the problem?
