Hi I had installed windows7 in my pc.
I created my personal user admin account and with this account i had locked a folder in other drive[ntfs] with this account credentials.
now i had format my system drive and reinstalled windows xp,
i cannot open the open the folder in x now,
error:folder is not accessible, Access Denied.

It's not a quick fix, but it will give you access to your files.
