hi !
i am using windows xp sp2 and i get all my e mails on microsoft outlook 2007
i want to block all my internet browsers (internet explorer,mozila,google chrome,......etc.)to access internet
could you please tell me how to do it .......
@ the end of the day
i want to block inter net on my pc but not outlook (outlook mails must recive and send)
and
is there any way if some body tries to install new software or any thing my pc must ask for password
i mean no body could make change in my pc accept me

The simplest way is to block port 80 (http traffic) with Windows Firewall.

Open Windows Firewall and add a custom rule to block port 80. You'll still be able to get mail (port 25, 443 etc.); however, if the email contains online content, it wont show i.e. pictures that are not attached to the email but hosted online.

Yes, create a non administrator account and have people use that. They will have to authenticate as an administrator (you) to install/uninstall programs.
