Hi Everyone,
I tried to install a free software from an unknown site, my pc suddenly got restarted . I switched off my pc and switched it on, then I couldn't hear the starting beep sound.
I started the machine on the next day, I could hear the beep sound, but it gets stuck. So I tried to format the hard drive as I thought my pc has been infected with virus, I could see screen flashing press F2 to enter setup, even though I press F2 multiple times its not entering the BIOS setup.

Also I'm seeing the vertical lines of red color on the screen, even the "CAPSLOCK" key is not working (as on right corner of my Keyboard does not get lit).

I'm using
OS : windows xp sp2
Mother board : intel D101ggc and inter dual core processor
Monitor : samsung tft monitor.

P.S : I removed all the connections and reconnected, still I'm facing the same problem.

I suspect you have a hardware problem, not a virus. Most probably your Graphics Card ( maybe the mobo's internal one ) got fried. You should immediately take your PC to a hardware expert.
