When do you think they will start to wind down XP? Its better than Windows 7 which I have at work, in my humble opinion. All the other problems I have had, you've ironed out. Thats why I havent been around. You are a victim of your own success! I will keep in touch though, its the best forum. A credit to you and your team. :thumbup:

Microsoft's support for Xp ends on April 8, 2014

Yes, XP is very good but new hardware often requires new software to exploit its potential. Sadly, that means retiring old operating systems.

Glad your PC is running smoothly. Have you tried running Windows 7 at home? Office PCs have a habit of being rather laggy.

@ mark100ukuk - Am surprised that you think XP is better than W7 ....... W7 is just as fast as XP but W7 is a more secure OS than XP.

Just that we are creatures of habit! n we just have got habituated to XP!
But again, Change is here to stay! XP is amazing n so is 7.. Looking forward for 8 now :)
