It's not the fix for all problems.
There isn't a BIG difference between them.
Vista = Build 6002
7 = Build 7600
XP and Vista have a gigantic difference.
XP = Build 2600
Vista = Build 6002

NO matter what OS u use all have problems but some have major one and others have minor one.
