Can someone help me?

I have recently bought an external blu ray drive and I am having trouble burning blu ray discs on to it.

For example; how do I burn a MP4 video file? or a WMV video file?

and I have the full AVS4YOU software including AVS Video converter and AVS disk creator etc.

I also have Cyberlink Power Producer V5

My real problem is in the actual burning to the drive (ie I have changed the format to a so called "blu ray format" but ....)

I use windows 7 and the drive is Buffalo BR-X1216U3. Needless to say I have checked the AVS help stuff and a few searches
